Paul joined Altair in November 2019 and is an independent director with over twenty years of experience in private equity funds. Paul joined Altair from Agilitas, a London-based private equity investment advisor, where he spent six years as Chief Financial Officer. During his time at Agilitas, he was a member of the investment advisory committee and specialised in investor reporting, valuation methodology and M&A funds flows. His previous experience includes finance roles at Compass Partners International and St James’s Place Capital PLC. Paul has also provided consultancy services to Actis and Palamon Capital Partners.
Paul’s current portfolio of directorships consists of both Jersey regulated and unregulated fund and adviser boards in the private equity and venture capital space. Paul’s primary area of expertise reflects his experience in the asset management industry and includes the ability to monitor financial and investor reporting, to review performance management and to analyse and, where appropriate, challenge investment valuations.
