Nicola co-founded Cyan Regulatory in 2014, having worked at the Jersey Financial Services Commission for almost ten years. She worked in Supervision before moving to the Enforcement Division, leading many JFSC examinations as well as specialising in complex regulatory cases and investigations, thereby gaining significant experience in the practical application of regulation.
Working at Cyan allows Nicola to draw upon her experience as a regulator to help clients to meet the challenges of the increasingly complex and demanding regulatory environment. She combines her expert knowledge with a liberal dash of common sense and pragmatism to achieve effective and compliant results for Cyan Regulatory clients.
Nicola particularly enjoys providing hands-on support to compliance functions, designing tailored controls and delivering clear and practical responses to technical queries. Since co-founding Cyan Regulatory, she has relished the variety of work for clients of all shapes and sizes and across all the different sectors of the finance industry.
Nicola is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, the International Compliance Association and the Jersey Compliance Officers Association.
