With over 25 years of experience in the fiduciary and financial services sectors, Mandy is a skilled professional with expertise in trust and company administration, client onboarding and regulatory oversight.
Mandy held roles at one of Jersey’s largest bank-owned trust companies, successfully managing complex client structures, leading teams in the offboarding and onboarding of fiduciary entities and their assets, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Mandy then worked at the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) for over four years, where she focused on regulatory supervision across trust company entities, money services businesses, and designated non-financial businesses (DNFBPs). She also played a role in heightened risk response supervision, managing critical regulatory matters that required swift resolution and intervention.
Most recently, Mandy held the position of Head of Customer Onboarding for a major African banking group, overseeing a team responsible for onboarding individual and corporate clients across a wide range of financial services, including retail, offshore, wealth, and fiduciary services.
In addition to her practical experience, Mandy is both ICA and STEP qualified, demonstrating a deep commitment to the highest standards of professionalism in the fiduciary and compliance sectors. Now at Cyan Regulatory, Mandy continues to leverage her knowledge and skills to provide regulatory and fiduciary guidance.
