Jacqueline is a solicitor, qualifying first in England and Wales and practising in London, then offshore in Jersey, with over 30 years’ experience in investment funds and capital market structures. She was a partner of Mourant Ozannes for over 25 years and continues to work as a consultant to Mourant alongside her work as an independent director with Altair. Jacqueline also served as Chairman of Mourant Governance Services (Jersey) Limited, a regulated trust company business, from 2014 until the end of 2020, and most recently has been leading the change in the business model of Mourant Ozannes operating in a series of ordinary partnerships to operating through limited liability partnerships. From 2001 to 2010 Jacqueline served as a Commissioner of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
